Welcome to Mia Cucina! In case you haven't already checked out my profile, my name is Marisa and I LOVE to cook. My mother's family is Italian-American, and I was fortunate enough to learn many of my mom's recipes at a young age. Most of the recipes I will be posting are Italian; however there are a few extra ones I came up with that aren't the norm. Feel free to comment with any questions, and I'll be happy to answer. I'll post as many pictures as I can of my recipes as well.
