Mom's Cheese Ball with crackers

Warning! Warning! Do not make this dish if you are on a diet! It is extremely addicting and unfortunately very unhealthy (so unhealthy, in fact, I only make it once a year). Luckily it is very easy to prepare, and our guests always zero in on this dish as soon as they come in the door. I recommend making it 2-3 days in advance and letting it sit (covered, obviously) in the refrigerator. Serve with Ritz crackers or Triscuits.

Ingredients:

2 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 jar of dried chipped beef, rinsed and patted dry (it is VERY salty otherwise)
1 can extra large black olives, drained and chopped
1/4 cup grated white onion
splash of Worchestshire sauce
splash of milk

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Shape into a ball, but in a serving bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit in refrigerator 2-3 days.

2. Serve with crackers.
